Battery Level inconsistancy

I've noticed some errors with my Edge 130's battery level. When i switch the edge on to track my the battey level will show less bars then once it gets its GPS siginal jumps back up, I've had it jump from 1 bar to 3 today, It's getting a bit difficult to know when the battery is actually low or full because of it.

    Mine jumps around when first turned on, but settles down once it acquires a signal.  It's likely using more power until it has paired with the phone and gets a full GPS signal so it can't accurately calculate remaining battery.  Once mine is fully booted and has a GPS signal it is steady and seems to be a reliable indication of remaining battery.

    Agree with that after GPS and Bluetooth connection is ready the reading is fine. I have included the battery level in a field so I can monitor during the ride.
