Hi, I have been having consistent issues getting my rides to save after longer rides (60-80mi). During lunch break, the device will go into power save mode and resume tracking correctly after powered back on. However, at the end of the ride, when attempting to save the ride, the device will randomly restart during the “Saving...” animation. The ride appears in the ride history but none of the data screens show any ride information. Additionally, the corrupted rides will not sync to my phone.
Has anyone else experienced or figured out a solution for this issue?
