Extended Display?

Stupid question, but what does Extended Display *do*? Is it merely a means of mirroring a Fenix/Forerunner display, or does it work the other way too?

It allows data from the watch to be viewed on the Edge.

Hi, which Infos can be viewed on a Edge 130, if it's linked with a Fenix 6S pro.

Is it possible to show the turn by turn hints from the watch?

I've asked the same before. If you use only four fields then all will be shown on the edge. However I haven't figured out on what basis Fenix sends/edge shows fields if you've selected more than four fields layout on your Fenix 6.
