I&amp;#39;ve reinstalled the maps using WiFi, but it looks a very long time (more than 10 hours for Europe maps - 17 Gb). Maybe it will also work using garming express (and it&amp;#39;s way faster).&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;It seems at random times during the ride, the screen will go black or blank for an instant and then come back on (on the same page as when it went blank). &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Today it occurred about 3-5 minutes into the ride.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Just because it may have something to do with the issue....I am mentioning that I have a Trek Carback connected (rear facing radar) as well as a SRAM Blip to ring the bell. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;My SRAM derailleur is also connected (and has a separate bug with this 1050 that my Edge 530 did not have as well, where the gear is reported as 1st gear incorrectly when I start a ride or pause the ride for too long)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I have the latest firmware, I think it is 30.18.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;On the prior thread, it seems MANY people had sent their units back to Garmin and many seemed to have reported that the new replacement units demonstrate the SAME issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I do not know if it is a hardware or software issue. &amp;nbsp;I am starting a new thread, just so we can track if there has been any new progress on the issue, or if we can come up with something else our setups, sensors, etc. may have in common. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Please chime in if you have found any fix or something that helps (or causes it to happen). &amp;nbsp;Since it is intermittent and may not happen every day (or even for a few days) &amp;nbsp;it is hard to tell with each firmware update if it has been fixed, but since the glitch happened this morning, I would guess it has not been fixed as of yet.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Please chime in also if you sent yours in for replacement and whether this fixed or did not fix the problem.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I am guessing that MOST or MANY units do this, but it is just missed by people that don&amp;#39;t watch their units continuously. &amp;nbsp;Mine functions to show me my Trek Radar, and I am often on a busy street....so I watch it fairly constantly. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;and to answer your other question....my initial post lists my connections.....but they include...my iPhone 16, my Trek Car Back Radar/rear light, my SRAM derailleur, my SRAM Blip (used to ring the Garmin 1050&amp;#39;s bike bell). &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;i have four sensors connected - Rally 200, speed sensor 2, HRM Pro Plus, Varia Radar RTC715, anybody else with that kind of configuration?&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;I&amp;#39;ve set up the new device from the scratch, no backup, no copy of files into some folders&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;I&amp;#39;ve seen this behavior with many different firmwares, in the moment the last actual non beta version is installed (31.33), so it seems that is is firmware independent&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;held power button for 30 seconds it rebooted then offered me updating to 31.31 which it did but now when reboots its stuck back on this screen.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I havent tried a factory reset this is a last resort, anything i can try in the meantime? or should i just leave it on this screen will it eventually boot?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The connection to the phone is fine, also the LTE signal.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:inherit;"&gt;The LiveTrack data is live in the website. GroupRide messages are working well, sent/received immediately. Phone notifications also working fine.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;But the Spectator Message sent via Live Track is not received until the activity is over. When the activity ends, all messages are delivered.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So, I believe it&amp;#39;s not related to Bluetooth connectivity nor LTE, since all other connectivity features are working as intended.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Only the Spectator Messages are delayed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Anybody knows any fix/workaround to try?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;EDGE 1050, fw31.30.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;iPhone 15 Pro, iOS 26.5,&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;Garmin Connect iOS Version 5.26 (latest).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
