USB Cover door won't stay closed

Bought a new 1040 and I really like it but the cover door will not stay closed and continually pops open. Anyone else experience this? Not sure what I could be doing wrong but hoping there is something I can do and not have to get a replacement unit.

Jokes aside. Had this first ride. I now push it back an firmly push across the edges. Haven't happened since.

Do you have a stem mount and the Garmin sits just in front of the stem cap? I think in this position you get more vibration and a negative pressure where the cover is due to aerodynamics. When I mount it on a bike which has this I get it all the time. Particularly going downhill fast on a bumpy road.

I put it on another bike which has a standard Garmin mount - never happens. I think the vibrations are less and the aerodynamics different.
