Fit File - "We don't support the file type you tried to import."

Hi There

A friend of mine is having an issue with uploading a ride from his Garmin 520 to his Garmin Connect Account. All his other rides prior and post this ride have uploaded fine when synced with his phone. When I tried to import the ride through Garmin Connect on a web browser I was advised that "We don't support the file type you tried to import."
