By Position via GPS, signal is bad, by Distance too short (~ 333.33 meters) .... Ideas?
GPS-track looks like this :))
Are you saying that you would like to count laps on a indoor track? What does 0,330 meters indicate? I would think that the only way to count laps indoors would be to use the lap feature since the poor GPS signal will not permit automatic lap timing. If you have a remote, it is very easy to press for each lap.
Using a hub speed-sensor enables you to measure exact distance.
Making a formula with IQ-datafield Appbuilder enables to count laps:
LAP = INT ( DISTANCE / 333.3 )
lap = formatnumber ( distance_raw / 333.33 )
(if formatnumber rounds 1.5 to 2 you have to add a subtraction - 333.33/2 to above formula)
lap = formatnumber ( ( distance_raw - 333.33 / 2 ) / 333.33 )
No easy way on the Garmin, but.....
You might be able to see after the fact on Strava if you make the velodrome a segment. You could see how many times you did the segment
The same strategy might work on Garmin Connect
In ant case, this problem is outside of my real world experience
