Quarter Turn Base Lips broke

Hello,

The Quarter Turn Lips of my Edge 1030 broke.

Is there any known way to repair it?

The unit works great.

Same problem during my last holiday.

My salesperson has replace my 1030.

It 's very big problem. GARMIN work this?

It is an incredible bad design making the interface not replaceable. A crash in not something that is unthinkable. I crashed with my cross bike and my edge 810 took a hit. Fortunately the counterpart broke (K edge mount) and could be replaced for a couple of euro's.
