Power Meter Look SRM Exakt

Hi 

i have a problem. 


My Power Meter SRM Exakt Singel Pedal. does not measure Power. 

Calibration is OK 

Cadence OK but Wats  not. 

I have the same problem with heart rate measurement. 

Edge show current heart rat but does not measure kcal. 

I did factory reset but it didnt help. 

No more support for this device ?

    If you are connected to a power meter the calorie calculation will use that. So if it is reading zero power you will then get zero calories. 

    Check that the crank length is set correctly under the sensor details for the power meter. 

    Do you get any cadence value?

    Ok SO....  I must check the crank lenght.  Maybe its any way to solve this problem. I get cadence value but power is zero.  I check IT.

    I disabled my power meter, and you were right ! the calorie calculation use heart rate. 

    But my problem is not sloved because the crank length was set correctly.

    And i get power value 1,2 or 3 max 4 wat.

    If battery of power meter was damaged then the cadence value was uncorret.

    i must ask represetative of look about this problem.
