Strava segments

I am having issues with strata segments not syncing. I have the latest version of software 15.40 and the latest garmin express version 7.0.0.0. I have had this feature working previously and know my garmin connect, starva and edge 1000 have the right settings. I have three starred segments one is syncing along with about 15 other randoms segments and no sign of the other two i have starred. anyone else having this issue? is there a fix?

Are these uphill segments? If not (dh or below 0.x%) it wont sync due to safety reason.

Yeah they are -3m. stupid, I guess that complaint/issue needs to be raised with strava rather than Garmin. Thanks for the pointer.
