Edge 1000 doesn't record the GPS data

Hi all,

due to missing a separate forum for the Edge 1000 I decide to post my question here.

In my last cycling acitivity that I've done with the Edge I'm missing the data for the GPS coordinates. Also in the connect app as well as on the web page I cannot see the track. The previous activities has all the needed data there. Also looking into the Garmin Edge device to the recorded training I'm not able to open the map due to missing data. I can't remember to have changing any settings or somewhat else. So does anyone has an idea how to fix it?

I have moved this to the Edge 1000 forum.

Can you please check to be sure that you have updated your Edge 1000 to the latest firmware?

The current FW is version 15.3 and resolved an issue with GPS…

I’ll update before next ride. I’ve been for a couple rides since the problem and it has been working fine. Not sure what the issue was.

Im having the same problem. Any news on how to fix it? My last ride recorded no gps data. also when ride synced with strava it showed elapsed time instead of moving time.

What activity profil are you using?

Is GPS/Glonass enabled on your device?

Did you have a sat-fix when riding?
