METAR Wind Data on MARQ Aviator

Just got my MARQ Aviator and exploring functions. When looking at METAR data and changing to Wind data for the selected airport, it shows the runways and then symbols that are sometimes green, sometimes orange and with greater than / less than symbols and numbers etc. For example right now I have:

RWY: 05-23
05: V1>2
23: ^1<2

The 1 on runway 5 above is in green and the 1 on runway 23 below in orange. The next page shows:

RWY: 14-32
14: ^2>1
32: V2<1

The 2 on runway 14 is orange and the 2 on runway 32 is green.

The manual does not help as it does not even show these screens exist.

Can anyone decipher what the watch is trying to tell me here?

The first number is the headwind/tailwind component; green is "good" wind, that is to say, a headwind whereas the orange is a tailwind. The second number is the crosswind component, with the arrows showing the direction the wind is coming from.

That makes more sense. Any thought as to what the second number is? It might be the alternate runway wind speeds. The figures seem to swap as I page down.

That is the crosswind component. I updated my original reply to be more complete.
