2 secondes delay between stock clock and widget/quick toggles

Hello,

This issue is here since the release of 20.xx versions. I'm on 20.50 and this is still here.

When the watch is on clock face/idle at least for 30 secondes, the delay of 2 seconds appear when switching from stock clock, without any IQ clock or other widget installed on the watch.

This i sreally annoying. Fenix 6 users also encoutered the bug.

There isn't any delay when the watch is already awake (navigate to any menu or stock apps), or connected to the phone with bluetooth.

I am sorry there is an issue.

Please try the following:

Hard Reset: Hold down your top left power button until your watch shuts off then let go once off

Factory Master Reset: How to Reset My Garmin Outdoor Watch

If you continue to have the long delay, please reach out to Outdoor Product Support in your region.

I have tried a factory reset master with and without phone sync (to ensure the watch is completely new and stock without any activities or any more app on the memory) BUT the problem is still here.

I definitly thinkls this is related to 20.xx versions, fenix 6 users that have tried hard reset have this issue too.

Little update here. Its seems that enabling the airplane mode fix the lag between stock clock and widget, but also to quick toogle and activities. It works as a temporary fix. Maybe a fix with the radio/software incoming ?

I am sorry you continue to have the delay issue. Please note, there will not be a further update. What you are experiencing is specific to your watch and your MARQ will need to be exchanged if the resets given above did not resolve the delay behavior. Please reach out to Outdoor Product Support in your region.

Hello, Garmin.
I think you've missed the point about this issue. This is not the only Garmin Watch suffering this behaviour and not one man too.
My two Marqs are concerned since latests couple of updates.
