MARQ Aviator not updating aviation DB

Hello,

Aviators are still getting error when updating aviation DB via built-in wifi, wifi test is fine, syncing over wifi works...

Updating works only thru PC via FlyGarmin app. Garmin support lacks, after 2 weeks of writing with support has been created ticket, 2 weeks gone and still no answer :(

Tryied hard reset, still same...

Noone with Aviator here? :-( Contacted Garmin support more than two months ago, it took one month of sending mail there and back resulting in nothing, now, after a month since ticket to support has been created, no miracle happens, no answer from them...

I have been redirected to EU support and they offered me device exchage, so my watches are currently on way to service center and i will let you know here about it when i get new ones...

Hi...so...received new watches, updated, registered to fly garmin account, updated thru cable...it was 2 days before cycle end, to great timing...and guess what came two days later? DB update thru wifi still not working...

So i wrote back to Garmin support and we will see...

Im sorry to hear this. I’m looking at the Garmin watch options - Aviator, D2 Delter or Fenix 6 with D2 software…

I will keep watching your experience and hope it improves, or pain’t a picture of beons an end-of-life product line…

So...again new ones, because of bad baro on changed watches, 9 days left to expire DB and we will see...

Let me guess the outcome- still the same error while trying to update the aviation data base via WiFi ?

Well...lightly different issue... firmware 19.20 and not getting error message, looks like it downloads DB, reboots, but DB cycle remains the same and still expired...

Same situation also with my new aviator. It says “Searching for Wi-Fy”, then “Syncing” and 2 seconds later the watch crashes showing the start screen With the previous DB it hasn’t crashes at least.
