MARQ Aviator can not boot after upgrade

After I bought the aviator,I connect the watch with my mac,and upgrade the watch with gramin express,but it can not boot after upgrade.

I've shutdown and try restart the watch , but it still stay wrong.

If the hard reset philipshambrook suggested does not resolve the issue, you can also try a full factory restore too.

Remove the watch from the charging clip. Press and hold top left until it shuts down - through the alert screen if any. Then restart.

It works by your way.

Ensure the watch is powered off
Press and hold the Down, Start, and Back buttons
Power the watch on while holding these buttons
After the first beep release the Start button
After the second beep release the remaining buttons

I have the same problem with the Marq Adventurer. The above methods do not work. They ask for 894.74 eur for the repair, because the warranty is no longer valid. It was expensive for 2 years... Any other suggestions?

If your watch will not respond to either of the two master reset steps in the Support Center article provided above, there are no other steps to be tried. My sincere apologies your watch developed an issue.
