Marq Commander Stuck 24 hour time

Got a new Marq Commander. Set everything up & a few hours later for no known reason the display shifted to 24 hour time. It won’t change back. I’ve checked the settings on the watch & in Garmin Connect. They’re both set to 12 hour but the watch will not display 12 hour time. I did a reset & still same thing. Anyone else see this?

Is it a default watch face? If it is not, try switching back to a default one.

Is it when you are in Battery Saver Mode?

Failing that try hard reset:

Synch to phone

Press and hold top left until power…

Check on Garmin Connect on the Interweb, then Garmin Connect Mobile, then on the watch.

Just looked, all three are set to 12 hour clock am/pm. Device still locked into a 24 hour clock
