Spotify Music: music does not play

When I start the Spotify music player on my Marq Athlete and after making connection to my headphones, music sometimes does not play. The screen shows the artist/title but no sound. When I push the "play" button, nothing happens. Contacted Garmin but still no reply. Anyone has the same issue? Thanks.

I just made a similar post in Fenix 5 Plus. The issue has been around, for me, since v6 firmware I think. Maybe it's a Spotify app thing.

Thanks for your reply. For me the issue is only the play button (other buttons all work), and luckily not during activities (it either works or not).

i know the problem an had it with the 645 music as well. load at least 2 playlists and change the playlist. Then the play button works again.

This worked for me. Happened earlier today, and just switching the list worked around it.

I had the same with fēnix® 7 Sapphire Solar - I got it working by rebooting the watch. After the reboot the music started to play on headphones ok.
