Software update and Language missing

Dears,

I just bought the MARQ Expedition. I can't update it to the last software 3.50. The current version is 3.40, Garmin Express doesn't propose the update (see screenshot)

I can't change also the language to French neither on the watch nor Garmin Express.

Where did you buy it? Perhaps you have an APAC version (Asia Pacific) as opposed to a ROW (Rest of the World) version? Looking at the maps and languages I'd suggest the former is more likely. In which case you might not be able to get the language, and the updates for APAC versions tend to lag a month or three.
