Marq 2 Aviator Update Problems - System Software 23.18

Question

Hello everyone, 
 I Marq Aviator Gen 2 Smart Watch. 
 After yesterday's update to System Software 23.18 the watch OS works incredibly slowly and freezes. 
 It doesn't track any steps either. 
 Does anyone else have this problem or is there a known problem with this specific update?

Have you done a force restart? 
 
 Press and hold the Light button (often for 10&ndash;30 seconds). 
 Ignore any alerts or menus that pop up. 
 Keep holding until the screen goes black and the device powers off. 
 Then press the Light button again to power it back on. 
 
 I typically do this after any software update to my watch. Also, clearing out history or doing a "Reinstall Software" from the developer menu on the watch.
