Im a bit out of ideas who and where to reach out for help.
I ordered this watch exactly a week ago, (5 business days ago). Saying Shipping from Southampton GB but the Last Scanned was "Received at Facility Eindhoven, NL) and this status hasn't changed for 4 days now. Garmin Support was useless claiming order is progressing, UPS support told me to file a claim as its was more than 72h between scans but the claim site after filling up all the details said that UPS doesn't have the parcel and to contact the seller - Kinda vicious cycle.
Is this normal? Any ideas?
