I thing we got the same issue in some Garmin devices. You can see too much posts in this forum. Please support to check the frimware first.

Completely sensible suggestion. If firmware caused the issue (and it obviously did for quite a lot of people with several watches, just look at Epix and Fenix forum), that should be checked first, instead of letting users keep trying workarounds.

- Power off and restart your watch
- Soft reset your watch by holding down your top left button until your watch shuts off then let go of the button.
- Reset to Defaults: reset your watch through the System > Reset menu.
If the issue continues, please reach out to Outdoor Product Support in your region.
Thank you for your prompt response and the troubleshooting steps you provided. I appreciate your assistance in trying to resolve the battery drain issue I've been experiencing with my Garmin watch.
I have followed the steps you mentioned, including the power-off and restart, soft reset, and resetting to defaults, but unfortunately, the battery drain issue still persists even after a full wipe/factory reset.
Regarding the Connect IQ watch faces and gestures issue, I'm glad to hear that it has been partially resolved with the latest v14.31 update. However, I have noticed that the issue still remains when the watch faces turn on in randomly from Always-On Display (AOD) mode and stays always on watch face mode. Also I notice native Garmin watch faces are significantly AOD brighter (which might gives extra % battery drain)
While I understand that these issues may not be completely resolved yet, I would like to inquire if there are any further updates or solutions in the pipeline to address them.
If necessary, I'm willing to reach out to the Outdoor Product Support team in my region, as you suggested. However, I wanted to check with you first to see if there are any additional steps or insights you can provide to help resolve these issues before taking that step.

Thank you for reaching out with your idea regarding the downgrade process, but unfortunately Garmin had not officially provided a method for users to downgrade their firmware for aviation-related devices.

There are rollback files for your watch. Scroll all the way down and you will find the download files for marq gen 2. Read the readme and you can rollback your software.
However if yours is a marq aviator gen 2, there might not be a way to do so. As mentioned in the link below:

Last night around 2200-2300 battery was around 30%, woke up at 0800 watch was off, battery 0%
