They are not installed by default unless you restore the watch to factory reset.

You need to add a new watch face to see the new ones.

Pretty certain a factory reset is not required just to access the new watch faces. At worst you should only need to do a hard reset, long press top left. Just go to the watch face settings and scroll through the options. There are some nice graduated colour options in the digital ones. 

Sorry my English is not good. You do not need to hard reset to add a new watch. Just add a new one and you’ll be offered new layouts to choose from. 
if you factory reset you have some new predefined watch faces in position 2 to11 by default. At least on my Athlete model. 

The new watch faces are there. You have to set them up. Select digital or round face then select layout. You will see them there. 

There aren't any faces that are preset unfortunately.
