Except the sleep report is always depressing...

Loving mine too - the adventure. It's just such a nice watch. 

I stopped sleeping with the watch because of that… my stress is higher when I sleep than when I’m flying (working) according to the watch…

Even the night I tried to game the watch with my sleep it still said I sucked at it.  I quickly gave up at wearing it to bed. 

How did you try to game it?!

It's been a few months back, but I think mostly I just tried to hold still and sleep in extra long.  It still told me I only got about 4h of actual sleep.  Maybe wasn't that low, but I was in bed for something like 10h and it still said my sleep sucked and I wasn't going to be well rested that day.  

That is only the case when I drink a gin tonic or two. I was surprised to see the impact of Alcohol on a nights sleep. 

What does the watch say it does?

It shows high level of stress in the body battery history.
