Hi does your instinct has this kind of white residuals? it looks like some side of glass scratches also. They are not going with washing dry water. Can it be a refurbished model?
I am using this for 3 months btw..

Looks like limestone residuals. Have them also all over my watch due to the water in my region (i shower daily with it).
It happens to my gshocks too. Because of the raised bezel design, water accumulates there and leaves residue. Nothing to worry about.
If limescale, it'll go with vinegar.
NB. make sure first if safe for the watch to apply. If safe, try diluting with water 50/50 perhaps - then apply with an earbud (the cotton one, not the headphone…
I believe that they are water minerals and/or soap. I have them all around my watch as well
That's your own dirt, rinse the water on some warm water, I use a little bit of soap/detergent and it goes back to mint condition

Clean with warm, soapy water and a soft toothbrush - always safe.
