Instinct - 6.91 Beta Release

Hello Instinct users,

We have new beta software ready for your upcoming adventures! This is a public release candidate.

6.91 Change Log Notes:

Added additional customization options to the Instinct Tactical watch face.
Fixed elevation plot in activity history for activities made prior to 6.60.
Fixed MOB navigation when accessed via hot key.
Fixed issue where activity tracking couldn’t be disabled on device.

Hi, by saying "Added additional customization options to the Instinct Tactical watch face" do you refering at displaying both sunrise and sunset in one line at the bottom of the main watch face? I don't see any other optimization being made!

Good update, just a bit weird with a arrow by itself. Maybe want to have the information that’s displayed in the “eye”:

If you have the Tactical version (and you want the WF specific to this model), then it’s like any other WF for the Instinct. Choose WF, then Customization and set data appropriately.

I thought this will be avaible for all instinct watches, not just tactical. Only now I see that on yours says tactical. Thank you for your reply.

In order to install the update I had to make space by deleting saved activities so cannot check if the elevation plot works for those, but the elevation ascent plot preview now works within the activity when doing a course, and also when just viewing course information.

Back to normal as it was be for the 6.60 update.

Deleting of most languages in J:\GARMIN\TEXT make easily about 1,5MB of space. And the Instinct renews them later again, god knows from where.

The new version of the Instinct firmware 6.91 still contains a bug in
UTF-8 string handling in case of the .fit files imported from Garmin
Connect web.
