Workout Confusion

Hi. So I'm going to do the Savage Anywhere Race, and I want to set up the timings, etc. as workouts on my Instinct.

I created a AMRAP custom workout (6 min-2 min-6 min), but I can't find it on the watch. I was hoping it would show up under My Workouts under the Tactical activity but no luck. Or even under Cardio, but going to My Workouts in either of those just gives me the "Download workouts from Garmin Connect" message.

I created a run 6min-2min-6min workout, and THAT one shows up under Run.

The first AMRAP 6-2-6 workout I want to add is a bunch of lunges, hops, etc. What's the best way to add that and under which activity should it be classified?

What workouts will appear under the Tactical activity?
