Garmin instinct problem

Hello sorry for my english but i'm using google translator. I have a problem with my instinct, i restarted it a week ago before doing this at least once a month and the clock did not want to turn on. Only the garmin logo was displayed and nothing was happening. It took a hard reset to turn it on. Today I tried to delete the recorded route from the clock and it crashed again. I am currently using software 5.10

Commonly if a Garmin device freezes up like that on the Garmin loading screen, that means one of the files might have gotten corrupted. It would be worth to delete the Activity folder (Garmin Drive/Garmin Folder/Activity Folder) and then safely eject your device.
