I have problems with my instinct because it makes a lot of noise when vibrating, as you can lower the level of vibration, I think that because of the material it makes it sound louder.

I think there is a problem with your instinct, because it shoudn't sound at all and only vibrate. It has a small motor which by activating moves the watch, so if you hear something loud it means that you have defected parts and need to contact support
In fairness to the OP, it does make a “sound” when the vibration is activated. That said, the Instinct is one of the BEST watches for vibration alerts and I see no reason to have a need for level intensity.
