Instinct Crossover Heart Rate Sending

Whenever I want to send the heart rate from the Crossover to the Edge 1040 the bluetooth connection fails several times. It always asks for a new code and I confirm the code on both devices. After x times it suddenly works. Please fix this annoying error.

By the way, it is obviously a problem with the Crossover because it works fine with Epix Gen 2.

I am sorry to hear you are having this issue. When you are trying to connect this with the Edge 1040, are you setting the Instinct Crossover to broadcast HR? This with the reliable method of connecting these devices, so you HR will display on the Edge while you record your activity with the Edge device.

Yes, I start the HR Broadcasting on my Instinct Crossover.
