I am sorry to hear you are having trouble with the watch shutting off/not powering. For this, I would confirm the watch is charging to 100% before disconnecting. If it is not fully charging, I would recommend cleaning the contacts on the back of the watch and cable. We recommend using rubbing alcohol for this.
You can also use another cable, as well as try charging with a computer and wall outlet.
