Instinct Solar Surf Tide data

Is it possible to change the tide heights to metric (metres) - there is chat about that being possible on other watches using the tide widget

Since I'm in the EU (metric system) I've set elevation (Menu > Settings > System > Units) to meters and and vertical speed to meters/hr. My watch displays tides in meter, also when I look up a beach in California. This might be worth a shot.

If this does indeed change the tide information to meters, but you still want elevation in feet, I am not sure how you would go about that...
