This is my watchface.
You should complain where you bought it. Or at a Garmin service center.
I charged my watch 7 days ago, I had 4 indoor activities. GPS activity 1.3 h. I have 86% battery. HR 24/7…
no the video was fine and help me. anyway after resting and installing..even the beta and back to current version...the watch is now on its way to garmin service center. It lastet only 4h, repeatedly, in max battery-all-turned-off-mode. Needed recharging twice a day in ultratrac mode. hope for the best. thx
I was having a disappointing 8% per day battery drain on my very first charge since I got the watch and wanted to report here that after a master reset the battery is down only 2% in about a day (21 hrs so far), from 72% to 70% and still showing "17d". I'm running version 11 of the software, have my Android phone connected and HR on 24x7. I'm using the hh:mm:ss watch face with steps counter showing so it's updating every second and every so often the counter goes up.
hi, so yes, the battery of my watch was physical faulty. Its ok for me, those things can happen. I have to say garmin was very professional and caring about this. The service center with all the updates in mails was great. So now with Instinct Solar No 2 i am back on the very very good battery life. Thx
I have done two master resets and mine goes down 15-20% a day whether I use GPS to track an activity or not. In addition, overnight often uses up the same amount when it is just sitting on my desk. It was fine before 12.2. It used to go for days and days with lots of activity tracking.
my next battery test
Did you get a replacement?
I got a new watch because the previous one had a defective battery
I love Instinct Solar. I had 75% in the morning and 79% in the evening. It was sunny day.
