Solar 3 don't want to turn on

Instinct 3 solar.

The watches turns on only after 15s. pressing the light button,

then Garmin logo appears,

then half of progress bar appears,

and watches turns off...

If connected to charger, or PC, freezes on logo with half of progress bar..

I am sorry to hear you are having trouble with powering the watch. For this, there are a few steps I would recommend trying.

Does the watch watch show charging when connected to a wall outlet? If not, I would recommend using rubbing alcohol to clean the charging contacts on the back of the watch and cable.
Is the watch SW on the latest version? If not, you will want to connect with Express. If this is freezing when connecting, you may be able to force this connection;
- Garmin Watch Not Detected by Garmin Express on a Windows Computer
If this is still freezing, I would recommend trying a factory reset with these steps:

Ensure the watch is powered off.
- You may need to hold LIGHTfor up to 30 seconds to turn the watch off.
Press and hold BACK and START/STOP.
Press LIGHT to power the watch on while holding these two buttons.
After the first beep release START/STOP.
After the second beep release the remaining button.

If this continues, I would recommend contacting Garmin Product Support.
