Battery said 12hrs and died after 50mins of gps running! Need warranty contact please

Question

Charging seems to rapidly increase to 90% in about 10 mins!! How do I contact you guys about the warranty this is something rather incorrect with this model I have! It’s not living up to any of the stats you mentioned.
going flat from like 10% no notification to saver modes and was meant to have 12hrs! I have done longer walks on this before on gps but now it’s jsut not am charging it like every 2 days rather than every week!

Hi Guys, 
 
 I had same issue. 
 I have updated my I2X Solar to v17.08 on 09-04-2026. 
 It dropped battery from 34% to 17% in just 2 days. 
 After that on 11-04-2026, I charged my I2X Solar on my mac till 100% and Disconnected. 
 After 15 min, charge droped to 99%. 
 Than I disabled bluetooth from Settings on my iPhone. Before disable, Fitbit Inspire 3 and I2X Solar was connected to the iPhone. 
 And then waited 4 hrs and checked the battery and it was on 99%. 
 After that I went for shopping and enabled the bluetooth from Settings. 
 I2X Solar was on my wrist and I left Fitbit at my room. 
 After 2 hrs, again I checked battery of I2X Solar it was 99%. 
 After getting back at my room Fitbit got connected automatically. 
 Now 2 devices are connected via bluetooth and checked after 1 hr battery of I2X Solar was still at 99%. 
 Then after 6 hrs of sleep it was still at 99%, then I went to play cricket and due to solar charging battery is now at 100%. 
 This has solved the issue I think. 
 
 I will also try workout tommrow at gym and check this issue. 
 Please try if it works.
