same thing to me, after my battery drained and i left it charging, the screen was still there. when i turn it ON display is blank but i was still able to browse the data in my pc and phone. unfortunately nothing is displayed on screen.
Hello. I am sorry to hear you are having trouble with the display. If the display is entirely black, I would recommend completing a factory reset wit these steps:

Yup.. no change. Still blank.
Looks like the firmware messed up you watch. Try installing the previous firm version 16.11
Is this update problematic or what?
