Bike miles not recording

It was working a month ago. And just stopped working. I’m reading other forums that say the GPS hasn’t kicked in yet. I’m not sure how to know if it’s working. Someone help?

    You should wait to see the check sign (telling you that the satellites are locked) in the round window before starting the activity.
