Instinct 2 Solar - [Bug] 79%-100% No Solar Charging Range Does Not Turn Off Automatically

Instinct 2 Solar.
Instinct 2 System Software 16.11.

Symptoms: after having charged the watch to 79% or more exposing the watch to light will result in the dedicated icon switching between intensity and no-charging with the rate that seems to be depended on the light intensity. Restarting the watch in this interval (79%-100%) won't result in any visible changes. The behaviour is indicative of a specific feature to curtail solar charging to a certain extent in the said range.
However, when the watch discharges to 78% or lower everything stays the same until after the watch has been (soft) rebooted (the no-charging icon is no longer present when exposing the watch to light).

Steps to reproduce:
- charge the watch to 79% or higher via USB, open the Solar Intensity Glance, expose it to light, observe the switching between the intensity and no-charging icons (rebooting the watch won't change anything at this stage);
- discharge the watch ot 78% or lower, observe the same behaviour;
- reboot the watch (while at 78% or lower), the aforementioned symptoms should disappear.

If `79%-100% no solar charging` is indeed a feature in and of itself then it should turn off automatically when reaching 78%, which does not seem to be true as of Instinct 2 System Software 16.11, and requires rebooting for the feature to switch off when reaching 78% or lower.
