What are all the hotkey options

There's a Set button, there's also a hotley action named "SET". I'm not sure what you're implying, but it doesn't really make sense that one of the 5 buttons on the watch is listed in the actions you can assign to a button. 

And while individual answers are nice and all, my point is more that it's entirely undocumented. I could sit here and list every single option I don't know (like MOB or Sight N Go), and maybe we would just end up with a crowd sourced documentation of the options, but it feels kind of sad there isn't actually any official documentation.

Why doesn't that make sense? Either you can use several buttons as SET, but what is much more interesting is that you assign a different function to the SET button. And assign SET via hotkey to another key.

Looking for every single thing that references potential hot key assignments seems depressingly tedious rather than just adding a list of links here

I can't assign MENU or CTRL to any other key from that menu, and SET in particular is a frustratingly common word to search for. Why would they name an action after the key instead of what it does? If I assign a new action to SET is the random key I sign SET to going to do whatever "SET" defaults to, or what I've changed it to?

It really seems like something that could just be put in the documentation. "Here is the list of the 20 available actions, and a brief description of each". It's a very reasonable thing to expect from an owner's manual.
