Cannot update to 3.19 on my watch

Hello, I recently got the notification under my update menu on my gamin instinct 2S that says software update 3.19 is ready to be installed. However when I go to install it, It begins installing very slowly then it proceeds to say software updated to 12.25. Is there something I'm doing incorrectly?

If anyone has been having this issue please let me know if you found this solution.

I am sorry there is an issue. I do not see any red flags on our backend for your Instinct 2 Solar. You show still on v12.25 as you have confirmed.

Due to the process that will need to be done to correct the behavior so you properly get the v13.21 update, I sent you a Private Message to work with you directly. When signed-in to the forums, check the top right corner to the right of the Notifications lightning bolt icon.
