HVR status no more sync on connect 2xsolar

Hi,

In the last 3 days, connect app stop to retrieve hvr status from the 2x. In the watch the record is present, but it doesn't appear no more in the app. Before these days everything was ok. App connect od Android phone

Soft reset is OK. Next day is HRV status is ok.

I have the same issue, checked every setting that i could find.

now mine has start to sync again. I lost 3 only 3 days. The point is that i had do nothing before it block and nothing when it start back. I mean no watch update, not app update or reset

I can see hrv on watch but not on garmin connect

Same problem here. HRV is visible on the watch but not in the app. Already tried un-pairing and re-pairing the watch without any success.
