The issue has been difficult to pin down. Meaning - I have seen threads come and go for this issue but since the issue happens then resolves itself, I have not been able to get the issue escalated to our Garmin Connect teams that will need to track down and resolve the issue.
I am sending all of you a Private Message to gather more information to make another push to see that the issue gets looked into further. When you are signed-in to our forums, check the top right corner to the right of the Notifications lightning bolt icon.
I can confirm that soft reset seemed to solve the problem for me for the time being, yeah.

I am doing everything I can to gain traction on this issue because there is clearly an issue across the Instinct 2 series for HRV appearing in Garmin Connect. The issue will likely need to involve multiple engineering product teams but I also need solid examples and customers willing to work with me enough to keep pushing this issue up so engineering can resolve it.
Thanks again for the information you have been providing about the issue across multiple forum threads on the issue.

Charging your watch then soft resetting it has been reported as a workaround to get your HRV to properly show on your Garmin Connect account again.
