After updating to software version 12.26, I think that the system sounds have become a lot quieter. The volume of the system sounds were louder on the Instinct 2 Solar Tactical. Although also quite quiet, but better than the Instinct 2x Solar Tactical. I hope that Garmin can make the system sounds significantly louder in one of the next updates, or better yet, integrate an option where the user can adjust the volume themselves. The system sounds are so quiet that you can't even hear the watch at home, in a quiet environment, if the watch is even just two rooms away on the table and the radio is running quietly in the other room. And certainly not outside on the street, with normal street noises. There are users who do not want to have the vibration function permanently activated.
