Instinct 2 pool swimming - No Data after 40mins of activity

All swimming related Data seems to not reflect the reality after 40mins of activity ... Attached some screenshots!

Did you press lap after a set and then forget to press it again? No swim data is recorded if the watch is 'resting' but time will increase.
