Strange version number 0.20 - I do not think any devices have been ever released with a 0.xx version number. Is it a prototype that you purchased from an anonymous source, or does it come from an established reseller, or directly from Garmin? I suggest contacting the Support, and having them look at it. The non-public pre-release firmware version may be the reason.
