my fenix 8 51 mm solar stop register my pace if I run near or faster than 3:30 min/km

Last month I have had the problem that my fenix 8 stops register my pace if I run near or below 3:30 min/km, 

I have tried some sugestions you recomend like update software or restart however no one work

can you help me

I can see that lots of people habe the same problem

    Hello   I can understand the concern, if the watch is not accurately tracking your pace. For this, I would recommend trying these steps initially. 

    • Ensure the watch SW is up to date with SW version 22.38. 
    • Ensure you are using the best GPS settings for accuracy. 
      • Data recording method: Every Second recording. 
      • Satellite: All+Multiband
    • Sync the watch with the Connect app or Garmin Express to ensure the satellite settings are up to date.
    • Powercycle the watch. 

    If this continues, I have some additional questions: 

    • Does this only effect a specific activity app? 
    • Is this an outdoor GPS activity? 
    • You mentioned this is only occurring if you go fast. Does the pace eventually start recording again? 
    • If so, what do you need to do to get this to record again?

    Hello, I have tried all this suggestions:

     However, today had the same problem.

    These are my aswers to your questions.

    • Does this only effect a specific activity app? The problem is present in the 3 activities I use: Trail running, Running and Track Running
    • Is this an outdoor GPS activity? all my activities are outdoor GPS
    • You mentioned this is only occurring if you go fast. Does the pace eventually start recording again? Once the problem occurs, it can no longer be fixed 
    • If so, what do you need to do to get this to record again? It is necessary finish the activity record and start again, however, the problem occurs again

    Today I notice that as the 'pace' as  the 'lap pace' options don't work,

    Today the watch work only in the first four intervals, after this register a 0:00 pace

    the pace is not recorded

    the power is not recorded

    the stride lenhth is not recorded

    The vertical ratio is not recorded

    The vertical oscillation is not recorded

    I would love to help investigate this further. Garmin is investigating reports of the Pace dropping out during activities. For this, they would like to know if you are using a Running sensor, like an HRM-600, HRM Pro Plus etc. If so, they would like to have you try recording an activity without the sensor. 

    Once you have done this, please post here again.

    Hello

    The problem also occurs rather than I use the HRM-600 or HRM Pro Plus or no one

    including if I use another sensor (coros or polar) the problem persists.
