If you go into "about" under settings, beta firmware has a "b" after the software version number (ex: 21.25b). I'm on the 21.25 beta and don't have an update available (same version…
Minute ago my watch downloaded and installed FW 21.25.
It's in production, however there has not been an announcement yet.
