Mic not working during calls

Hi everyone,

I bought a Fenix 8 last week and overall the watch works perfectly, and really happy with it. However, I’ve run into an issue when making calls.

The microphone works fine when I record voice memos or use voice commands, so it doesn’t seem to be a hardware problem. But when I’m on a phone call, the other person can’t hear me at all. The mic icon shows as enabled, and I’ve already tried resetting the watch, but that didn’t solve it either.
I’ve tried several calls and messed around with the settings, but I honestly have no clue what’s causing it.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue or know what might fix this?
