Fenix 8 pro crash during music listening

Hello

I experienced several crash of the watch when listening to music thanks to Amazon Music and when I click on next song button on my headphone.

Do you have experienced this tuype of problem ?

My F8pro Amoled 47mm has twice restarted during an activity whilst listening to mp3 files stored on the watch when I double press the Suunto wing headphone button to forward a track - firmware 18.51

I have the crashes with Deezer klicking to next song. I am using soundcore aerofit pro headphones. I thing it’s an F8 pro prob.

Recurring issue just before a run. I connect my BeatsPro earbuds, which often require being "re-paired" despite already being paired the day before. Once connected, I start music playing from the device (music files directly loaded into the music folder) and then go to start a run. The "beep" that confirms GPS connection will cause the music to stop and watch to freeze. I have to force restart, then repair the earphones. It may happed again, requiring the whole restart procedure, but after a couple times, things will usually proceed normally. In the last week, this has occurred nearly before every daily run. I'm hoping that tonight's new update 18.68 may contain a fix.

Just want to provide feedback to help with development.

If you are able to, connect the watch via computer and sync with Garmin Express to ensure all software and data is synced from the watch. If you are still experiencing this issue please let me know.

I was originally experiencing crashes when listening to music, books, podcasts, etc. Since I updated my watch's software last week, have not experienced any issues. I have been running everyday listening to audio books. This could be by chance or the latest update resolved the issue. Will report back if the issue returns.

Just had this issue today. Only used the F8 pro for like 10 runs now and it happened twice. Only when I'm listening to music (Spotify). As a matter of fact I might have only listened to music those 2 times, and that's a pretty important feature. Started a return figuring it was a device issue, but now I'm concerned it's a fenix 8 software issue and will happen with the new watch.
