ECG app font size too large on Fenix 8 (firmware 15.33)

Hi,

Since the ECG app became available on my Fenix 8 (firmware 15.33), I’ve noticed that the font size in the ECG app is much larger than the rest of the watch interface.

I’ve set the global font size to the smallest possible, and it works fine everywhere else — menus, widgets, etc. But the ECG app completely ignores this setting and keeps using a large font.

I also checked activity font settings and focus modes, just in case, but it didn’t help.

Is this expected behavior? A known bug?
