Garmin Fenix 8 steps issue

My watch says I am at 10k steps then resets to 9.9k then after walking it says 10k completed over and over again.

Hello. I am sorry to hear you are having this issue. Since the watch SW has been updated to the latest software version 11.68, is this issue still occurring? If so, I would love to help investigate this…

I just discovered thst my steps get reset on my watch everytime I open garmin connect
